Our aim is to appoint referees to all competitive U12 - U21 games.

Senior U16-U21 take priority when all games can not be covered. 

The away team pays the referee.

The home team is responsible for ensuring the referee has received his fee.

The fees for assistant referees are to be shared by both clubs.  

U11-U14 - £25

U15-U18 - £30

U21 - £35

U11-U12 - £23

U15-U18 - £25

U21 - £28

If the league have not appointed a referee to the game the two teams must agree upon a replacement under all circumstances. 

If a current qualified and county registered referee is available they shall take priority over any other candidate and qualifies for the appropriate payment if independent from both clubs.

When you award a referee a mark of 60 or below this must be marked on the match card and a detailed report is to be sent to the league referee Secretary within 7 days of the game. Failure to do so will result in a fine of £10. 

In the event of a game not being played because of circumstance over which neither team has control, the league appointed officials, if present, shall be entitled to receive reasonable travel expenses. 

Where a game is not played due to the home club being in default the league appointed match officials will be entitled to claim their full match fee.

Where a game is not played due to the away team being in default the league appointed match officials will be entitled to claim their full match fee. The responsibility of payment to the officials will reside with the home club. Requests for reimbursement can be detailed on the SF1 form.

When a game has to be cancelled the referee must be informed as soon as possible by the home club also informing the league secretary and league referee secretary.

If the procedure for contacting the referee is not followed you will be liable for the full referee fee.
