If the league
have not appointed a referee to the game the two teams must agree upon a
replacement under all circumstances.
If a current
qualified and county registered referee is available they shall take priority
over any other candidate and qualifies for the appropriate payment if
independent from both clubs.
When you award a
referee a mark of 60 or below this must be marked on the match card and a
detailed report is to be sent to the league referee Secretary within 7 days of
the game. Failure to do so will result in a fine of £10.
In the event of
a game not being played because of circumstance over which neither team has
control, the league appointed officials, if present, shall be entitled to
receive reasonable travel expenses.
Where a game is
not played due to the home club being in default the league appointed
match officials will be entitled to claim their full match fee.
Where a game is not played due to the away team being in default the league appointed match officials will be entitled to claim their full match fee. The responsibility of payment to the officials will reside with the home club. Requests for reimbursement can be detailed on the SF1 form.
When a game has
to be cancelled the referee must be informed as soon as possible by the home
club also informing the league secretary and league referee secretary.
If the procedure
for contacting the referee is not followed you will be liable for the full
referee fee.
The Management Committee shall have the power to decide
whether a pitch and/or facilities are suitable for matches in the league and to
order the Club concerned to play its fixtures on another ground.
Any dispute relating to re-arranged games or decisions
related to unplayed games will be referred to Management Committee.
These are allowed in this Competition providing they meet the required performance standards and are listed on the FA’s Register of Football Turf Pitches.

Under 7 & Under 8’s – Two games 10 minutes each way.
Mini-Soccer fixtures U7 & U8 will be arranged in such a
way as to allow two matches to be played at the same venue on the same day
against the same opposition. Matches shall be played in the order as laid down
by the Fixtures Secretary on the Fixtures List. No player shall be permitted to
play more than 40 minutes on the same day. Please note teams found not to be
playing the above format will be charged with bringing the league into

Such matches will be declared unfulfilled and persistent
failure to field a full team will result in the offending team being dealt with
by the Management Committee as they deem fit.
Both Club Fixture Secretaries to send an SF1 within 3 days of the
cast fixture to the League Fixture Secretary.
The teams gaining the highest number of points in their respective Divisions at the conclusion shall be adjudged the winners. Matches must not be played for double points.
In the event of two or more teams being equal on points,team rankings will be decided in order of the following ways, with each criteria only being considered if the previous one fails to determine the ranking.
Teams finishing in the top two places in Divisions B, C and
D will be entitled to promotion to the next highest Division for the following
season. For Regional Divisions only the winners of each such Division will be
entitled to promotion.
